Standards for Safe and Legal Content

1. Content Policy Overview
1.1 What BeMe Permits
BeMe permits adult content (18+ only) that is:
- Legal: Complies with laws in all jurisdictions where Fans access content
- Consensual: All performers are 18+ and have explicitly consented to monetization
- Authentic: Real people, not AI-generated; all humans identifiable and consenting
- Original: Creator owns or has written permission to monetize all content
1.2 What BeMe Prohibits (Absolute)
The following content is strictly prohibited and triggers:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent ban from re-registration
- Legal reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement
- Payment reversal to Fans (no payout to Creator)
2. Prohibited Content Categories
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any image, video, or other depiction of a minor (under 18) engaged in sexual activity or sexual abuse, whether real or simulated. Prohibited forms include:
- Photographs or videos depicting minors in sexual situations
- Simulated CSAM (morphed, AI-generated, or drawn if realistic)
- Child erotica (non-sexual but sexualized depictions of children)
- Audio recordings of child sexual abuse
- Links to, promotion of, or advertising CSAM
Technical Detection: PhotoDNA scanning, Thorn Safer technology, manual review by trained analysts, constant database updates from NCMEC/INTERPOL.
Consequence: Automatic account termination, mandatory NCMEC report, law enforcement referral, criminal liability for Creator.
2.2 Non-Consensual Sexual Content
Sexual or nude images/videos of a person distributed without their explicit written consent. Prohibited forms:
- Revenge Porn: Intimate content shared by ex-partners or scorned associates
- Deepfakes/AI Fake Pornography: AI-generated sexual content depicting real people without consent
- Voyeurism: Hidden camera/recording of people in private moments
- Image-Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA): Threatening or blackmailing with intimate images
- Coercion/Trafficking: Sexual content produced under duress, manipulation, or trafficking
2.3 Illegal Sexual Content
- Bestiality/Zoophilia: Sexual acts with animals
- Necrophilia: Sexual content involving corpses
- Incest: Sexualized content depicting family members (illegal in many jurisdictions)
- Age-Gap Exploitation: Content sexualizing extreme age gaps where intent is exploitation
- Drug/Facilitated Sexual Content: Sexual acts under drugs/intoxication administered without consent
2.4 Sex Trafficking & Coercion
Sexual content produced through trafficking, coercion, fraud, or exploitation. Indicators BeMe monitors:
- Creator shows signs of fear, control, or isolation
- Multiple accounts operated by same person with different Creator personas
- Rapid account creation with high sales volume (trafficking pattern)
- Performer appears to be under influence or coerced in content
BeMe escalates to the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) and reports to local law enforcement and FBI.
2.5 Harassment, Threats & Violence
- Targeted Harassment: Content threatening or degrading specific individuals
- Incitement to Violence: Calls for violence, torture, or harm to identifiable people
- Hate Speech: Content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, disability, or sexual orientation
- Extreme Violence: Graphic violence, snuff content, torture
- Suicide/Self-Harm Content: Content promoting or depicting self-harm or suicide
- Animal Abuse: Content depicting cruelty to animals
2.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright Infringement: Monetizing content owned by others without permission
- Trademark Violation: Using brand logos/names to impersonate companies
- Unauthorized Performances: Monetizing performances by copyrighted artists or actors
- Stolen Content: Reselling Creator content from other platforms without permission
Consequence: Content removal, account strike (3 strikes = permanent ban), DMCA Takedown Protocol.
2.7 Platform Abuse & Fraud
- Fake Identity/Catfishing: Using false identity, fake photos, impersonation
- Fake/Automated Accounts: Accounts generating fake reviews, follows, or transactions
- Payment Fraud: Stolen credit cards, chargeback manipulation, money laundering
- Market Manipulation: Artificially inflating sales, coordinated fake purchases
- Spam/Scams: Bulk messaging, phishing, credential theft, pyramid schemes
- Platform Exploitation: Automated scraping, API abuse, system circumvention
3. Content Moderation Process
3.1 Automated Detection
- Metadata analysis: File creation dates, geolocation, device info verification
- Text filtering: Keywords indicating prohibited content (automated flagging)
- Computer vision: AI analysis of image/video content for illegal material
When a Creator connects Google Drive, automated scanning executes upon content indexing (before content is listed for sale). If flagged: content is de-listed immediately and human review is triggered.
3.2 Manual Review
- All flagged content reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours
- Moderators are empowered to immediately suspend accounts
- All moderation decisions are documented for compliance audits
3.3 Creator Cooperation
Creators must:
- Respond to moderation inquiries within 48 hours
- Provide evidence of consent (written agreements from performers)
- Explain content context/intent if flagged
- Cooperate with identity verification if requested
- Provide contact information for performers if requested for verification
Failure to cooperate: Account suspended pending investigation.
4. Content Appeals & Disputes
4.1 Unjust Removal
If a Creator believes their content was wrongly flagged/removed:
- Submit appeal to content@bemeapp.ai within 14 days of removal
- Include: Content description, performer consent documentation, context explanation
- Independent reviewer (not original moderator) conducts re-review within 5 business days
- Decision: Restore content, permanent removal, or account suspension
4.2 Creator Disputes
If a Creator disputes account termination for prohibited content, they may request review. CSAM cases have NO APPEAL (termination is final, mandatory). Other violations may be reconsidered if the Creator provides evidence of innocence.
5. Restricted Content (Requires Approval)
5.1 BDSM/Extreme Content
BeMe permits consensual BDSM, bondage, and extreme sexual content IF:
- All participants are 18+ and clearly identifiable as adults
- Written consent documents from all performers (provided to BeMe on request)
- No actual injury, permanent marks, or emergency medical intervention
- Content does not depict illegal acts (rape, violence beyond consensual roleplay)
- No unconscious/incapacitated participants
5.2 Minor-Passing Performers
Performers who appear to be under 18 are strictly prohibited, even if they claim to be older. All performers must clearly appear to be adults. Ambiguous age performers require government ID verification. If a Creator cannot prove a performer is 18+, the content is removed and the account is flagged.
5.3 Voyeurism Roleplay
Allowed with restrictions: consensual roleplay of voyeurism/hidden camera scenarios IF all participants explicitly consent in writing, no actual hidden cameras are used, and content is clearly labeled as consensual roleplay/fantasy.
6. Content Removal & Takedown
6.1 Automatic Removal
Content is automatically de-listed and BeMe's access permissions to the relevant Google Drive files are revoked (BeMe does not store content directly) if:
- Flagged as CSAM
- Violates trademark/copyright
- Reported by victim as non-consensual
- Creator account terminated for policy violation
Removal Timeline: Immediate.
6.2 Manual Takedown
- Copyright holder files DMCA notice
- Performer reports non-consensual distribution
- Law enforcement requests content removal
Removal Timeline: Within 48–72 hours of notice.
6.3 Creator Removal
Creators may request removal of their own content by emailing content@bemeapp.ai with the content ID. Removal is processed within 24 hours.
7. Special Policies
7.1 Sex Work & Legal Status
BeMe permits content from legal sex workers IF: Creator is 18+ and verified, all content is legal in Creator's jurisdiction AND Fan's jurisdiction, and there is no trafficking, coercion, or exploitation. BeMe is not liable if a Creator violates local laws.
7.2 Pornography with Mainstream Actors
Creators cannot monetize videos of mainstream actors/celebrities without explicit written consent from the actor/estate and proof of consent documentation. Violation constitutes copyright/right-of-publicity infringement and triggers DMCA takedown.
7.3 Real vs. Fictional Content
- Real performers: Must be 18+, verified, and consenting
- AI-generated sexual content: Strictly prohibited
- Drawings/animations of minors: Strictly prohibited (even if fictional)
- Drawings/animations of adults: Permitted if not infringing
8. Content Creator Obligations
8.1 Pre-Listing Verification
Before connecting content to the BeMe platform via Google Drive, Creators must:
- Confirm all performers are 18+
- Obtain written consent from all performers for monetization
- Ensure content is legal where Creator is located
- Ensure content is legal in jurisdictions where Fans will access
- Verify Creator owns or has licensed rights to content
8.2 Accuracy of Descriptions
- Content descriptions must accurately reflect content
- Misleading titles/descriptions may result in removal
- Hidden content (misrepresenting what's in a video) is grounds for suspension
8.3 Creator Identity & Age Verification (KYC)
All Creators must complete identity verification via Sumsub before connecting their Google Drive or listing any content. Failure to complete KYC results in account suspension. Re-verification may be requested annually or if suspicious activity is detected.
8.4 Fan Age Verification
Fans must provide valid credit card details to access any paid content, credit card ownership is treated as evidence of age (18+). Fans who fraudulently misrepresent their age bear sole liability. BeMe reserves the right to terminate accounts where age fraud is suspected.
9. Compliance & Auditing
9.1 Documentation & Records
BeMe maintains:
- All moderation decisions (reasons, reviewer name, date)
- All CSAM/NCMEC reports (preservation per legal requirements)
- All Creator/Performer consent documentation
- All appeals and dispute outcomes
- Training records for moderation team
9.2 Legal Changes
If laws change (e.g., new jurisdictions criminalize certain content), the policy is updated within 30 days. Existing content may be grandfathered or removed depending on severity. Creators are notified of changes.
10. Policy Changes & Updates
This Content Policy may be updated at any time. Changes take effect immediately for newly indexed or flagged content. Creators are notified of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

By connecting their Google Drive and granting BeMe access to content on BeMeApp.AI, Creators acknowledge reading and accepting this Content Policy. Violation results in account termination and law enforcement reporting.
